Campaign 'Prevention Notes'
A communication campaign on workplace safety inspired by an orchestra
The Workplace Prevention and Safety Service of ATS Metropolitan City of Milan has launched Prevention Notes, a communication campaign designed to raise awareness of workplace risks and promote a shared culture of prevention among workers.
Inspired by the idea of an orchestra, this campaign shows that effective prevention comes from coordination, balance, and collaboration. Each contribution is essential, and safety is achieved only when all elements work together in harmony.
Through informative content, real-life experiences, prevention tools, and local initiatives, the campaign supports workers in a path of shared knowledge and responsibility. Prevention is presented not only as compliance with rules, but as a daily practice integrated into everyday work activities.
Workplace safety is built through the interaction of different skills and roles. Technicians, workers, companies, and institutions all play a fundamental part, each contributing with their own expertise—like instruments in an orchestra—to create an effective prevention system.
Only through coordination and shared responsibility can a strong and lasting culture of safety be developed, capable of protecting health both in the workplace and in daily life.

Targeted prevention plans
Targeted Prevention Plans (PMP) are innovative paths that simultaneously involve multiple companies and foresee the integrated use of various intervention tools, such as seminars, self-assessment processes, inspections, and audits.
This approach, promoted by institutions, aims to stimulate awareness, willingness, and skills of the prevention figures present in the company.
The Targeted Plan involves the completion of a specific self-assessment document by the selected sector companies, with the aim of triggering continuous and lasting improvement of safety conditions in the workplace.
